Pathways School Gurgaon is looking for a passionate and experienced Guidance & Career Counsellor to join our vibrant IB learning community.

?? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised career and university guidance to students
- Support students in exploring higher education pathways, courses, and career options
- Guide students through university selection, applications, and admissions
- Conduct career counselling sessions, assessments, workshops, and university awareness programmes
- Support students with profile building, subject choices, and application planning
- Engage with parents to provide informed guidance on higher education pathways
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and admission representatives
- Stay updated on global university admissions trends, requirements,



and opportunities

?? Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in school-based career and university counselling
- IC3 certification / IC3 experience will be an added advantage
- Robust understanding of international higher education and university admissions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, counselling, and organisational skills
- A student-centred approach with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
