Senior Marketing / AGM (Tactical Level) Core Role:

Translate the VP s strategy into actionable marketing plans and ensure execution through the team.

Key KRAs:
- Campaign Planning Execution
- Conceptualize strategic experience-driven marketing plans
- Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
- Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Team Management
- Supervise marketing executives and delegate work effectively
- Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Market Insights Analysis
- Track campaign performance and competitor activity
- Provide data-backed insights to the VP for decision-making
- Digital CRM Management
- Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Support CRM initiatives and lead nurturing workflows
- Budget Utilization
- Manage campaign spends within approved limits
- Track ROI per activity and submit performance reports

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred




- Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
