We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Closer who can confidently handle sales calls, understand client requirements, demonstrate the value of our MAPA System, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

Position Details

Position: Senior Sales Closer

Work Type: Commission-Based
Compensation: 10% commission on the initial setup fee for every successfully closed and paid client
Experience: Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, healthcare sales, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Closing
- Conduct high-quality sales calls and product/service demonstrations with doctors, surgeons, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals.
- Understand prospect requirements, pain points, and business goals.




- Present the MAPA System and Ignitedoc's services in a clear, consultative, and persuasive manner.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Take ownership of the sales process from initial conversation through final closure.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Re-engage warm and previously interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales stages.

3. CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM/G-Sheets after every relevant client interaction.
- Maintain accurate information regarding leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals.
- Share regular sales updates, conversion numbers, and pipeline status with management.

4. Sales Team Support
