About the Role
We're looking for a
Senior SDR
to play a key role in building our outbound sales pipeline.
You'll own prospecting across the US market, engage decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
This is a
hands-on, high-ownership role
for someone who understands outbound sales, is comfortable with cold calling, and wants to grow in a rapid-paced B2B SaaS startup.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting across
calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their business needs
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Build and execute effective outbound sequences and prospecting campaigns
- Experiment with messaging, channels, and outreach strategies to improve conversion
- Consistently achieve and exceed
meeting and pipeline generation targets
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
- Track key outbound metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and effecti
