Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join a growing Real Estate & Property Organisation operating in the Biswanath Chariali–Tezpur region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating property sales leads, building relationships with clients and channel partners, and achieving revenue and sales targets. Candidates with strong local market knowledge and experience in real estate, property sales, construction, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, field visits, and other channels.
- Identify potential buyers, investors, landowners, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.




- Promote and sell residential, commercial, land, and other property projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with brokers, property dealers, channel partners, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular business development reports.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, documentation, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
