We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive group booking sales for our amusement park by targeting primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools. In this role, you will be the face of our amusement park, visiting school administrators, management, and event coordinators to pitch our educational, recreational, and picnic packages.
This is a high-mobility, field-based role requiring a minimum of 10 school visits per day to maximize coverage and conversion. A standard petrol/fuel allowance is provided to cover daily travel expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Visits & Lead Generation: Conduct a minimum of 8 planned field visits to target schools each day across assigned territories.
- Pitching & Sales Conversion: Meet with Principals, School Management, Vice Principals, and Event Committees to present amusement park packages (picnics, field trips, summer camps,



and educational tours).
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for school group bookings, ticket volumes, and revenue generation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to secure recurring annual visits.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a daily log of school visits, contact details, follow-up dates, and conversion statuses. Submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager at the end of each day.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from school administration regarding expectations, pricing sensitivity, and competing offers to help refine marketing strategies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales (experience in outdoor sales, tourism, event management, or education sector sales is a major plus).
