Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Branch Manager to lead the branch sales team, achieve revenue targets, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales planning, team management, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies and action plans.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition, referrals, field activities, and market development.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance discussions.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales team members.
- Track sales pipeline, leads, conversions, collections,



and revenue performance.
- Identify recent markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Ensure effective follow-up on leads and timely closure of sales.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and branch performance updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends and recommend suitable business strategies.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
