Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to take complete ownership of day-to-day store operations, sales performance, customer experience, team management, and inventory control. The role requires a hands-on manager who can lead the team while ensuring a premium and welcoming store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Sales
- Manage overall day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets and closely monitor store performance.
- Track walk-ins, enquiries, appointments, conversions, average bill value and other key retail KPIs.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and adherence to store SOPs.
- Support the team in handling high-value and important customer interactions.

Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a warm,



personalised and premium experience.
- Build robust relationships with existing and high-value customers.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Drive follow-ups with enquiries and potential customers to improve conversions.
- Maintain high standards of store ambience, presentation and hospitality.

Team Management
- Lead, motivate and supervise the retail sales team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure grooming, attendance, discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Identify training requirements and support continuous improvement of the team.

Inventory & Security
- Ensure accurate handling, movement and documentation of jewellery inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate stock reconciliation.
