Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Donor Engagement Specialist to join our Non-Profit Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to increase donations and engagement with our supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing fundraising plans and campaigns to increase donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Building and maintaining relationships with donors and supporters to increase engagement and loyalty
- Creating and implementing strategies for donor acquisition and retention, including identifying and targeting recent donor segments
- Developing and managing online fundraising platforms and social media campaigns
- Planning and executing fundraising events, including donor recognition and appreciation events
- Analyzing data from fundraising campaigns to measure their effectiveness and optimize future campaigns
Requirements




- Bachelors degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fundraising and donor engagement roles, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with fundraising tools such as donor management software, online donation platforms, and social media
