Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of 3 to 5 luxury residential and mixed-use construction projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers and site execution teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, MEP, Contracts and Liaison functions.
- Manage contractors, consultants and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Drive QA/QC processes and luxury finishing standards across projects.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, resource utilisation and overall project performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project reviews, dashboards and management reports for leadership.
- Support customer walkthroughs, snag closure and seamless project handovers.
- Drive execution excellence, timely decision-making, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.




- 1015 years of experience in residential or mixed-use real estate construction.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience managing multiple project sites.
- Experience in luxury residential and/or high-rise residential developments will be preferred.
- Strong experience in construction project management, site execution and project planning & scheduling.
- Proven expertise in contractor, consultant, vendor and stakeholder management.
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC, MEP coordination, cost monitoring, safety management and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead large site execution teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to value engineering, productivity and resource management.
- Strong focus on quality, timelines, budget adherence, customer satisfaction and project handover.
- Excellent leadership, planning, organising, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
