About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team at Bambinos.live - Future School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic insights through accurate financial reporting. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills,



and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment. The Finance Specialist will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making processes that drive the company's growth and stability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance including PF, TDS, GST, and other relevant regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic workplace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
