Job description :
We are seeking a candidate for the position of a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling various communication tasks, including receiving and making calls, sending emails, and engaging in chats with clients. The primary focus of this role is to interact with clients professionally and courteously, providing effective communication and assistance as required.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and make phone calls to address client inquiries, provide information, and assist with resolving issues.
- Compose and send professional emails to clients, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Engage in live chats with clients to address their queries, provide guidance, and offer support.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and maintaining positive relationships.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.




- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including call logs, email correspondence, and chat transcripts.
