Roles and Resposibilities:

Manage the prequalification process and oversee all initial tender-related activities, including conducting site visits (where required), preparing site visit reports and gathering project information, and ensuring timely submission of required documents in compliance with client requirements.

Handle and maintain all contractual documentation, contract agreements, and related correspondence to ensure proper documentation and contract administration.

Manage RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes by preparing technical documentation, defining technical requirements, developing project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP), and creating technical presentations.

Coordinate with clients to obtain project-related information, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth communication throughout the tendering and contract process.

Coordinate with vendors for quotation requests, obtain and evaluate quotations, and prepare comparative statements to support the contracts team.





Ensure timely compilation, review, and submission of tender and bid documentation in accordance with client specifications and organizational standards.

Maintain accurate records of tendering, contractual, technical, and procurement-related documents, support bid management and compliance activities, and attend internal and client meetings to facilitate project coordination. Detailed Daily Activities: Sr. No. Day to Day Work.

Review daily emails, identify priority tasks, and prepare a consolidated work list for updating the internal Contracts Team and QS Tendering Group.

Monitor tender submission deadlines and prioritize activities to ensure timely completion of technical and contractual deliverables.

Prepare prequalification documents, collect project information, and coordinate initial tendering activities.

Conduct site visits (where required), gather project-specific inputs, and prepare site visit reports
