Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Algorithmic Trading Support Analyst. The analyst will monitor algorithmic trading systems in real time, respond to client inquiries, and troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to trade execution and connectivity.



Daily responsibilities include investigating and resolving incidents, documenting root causes, and coordinating with development and quantitative teams to improve system stability and performance. The role involves configuring and testing current client setups, assisting with onboarding, and supporting upgrades and releases in production environments. The analyst will also help analyze trading performance, prepare execution and TCA reports, and contribute feedback to enhance product features and client experience.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose real-time trading and connectivity issues under time pressure.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and order lifecycle (preferably with exposure to equities, futures, or multi-asset algorithmic trading).
- Technical proficiency with tools commonly used in trading
