Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bodyshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise denting, painting, body repair, and vehicle restoration activities.
- Allocate jobs to technicians, denters, painters, and other bodyshop staff.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Inspect completed vehicles and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, turnaround time, and rework.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Coordinate with Insurance, Service, Spare Parts, and other departments.
- Manage insurance claim documentation and related processes.
- Control material usage, wastage, and bodyshop operating costs.
- Manage manpower and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Conduct team meetings and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bodyshop performance reports.




- Achieve bodyshop revenue, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile bodyshop operations.
- Experience as a Bodyshop Manager / Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Bodyshop In-charge is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of denting, painting, body repair, and collision repair processes.
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and workshop management systems.

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
