HR Generalist / Sr. HR Generalist
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / Sr. HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR activities at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, industrial relations, payroll support, employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Handle recruitment and talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding.

Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements, including timely filings and returns.

Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, inspections, and dispute resolution.

Provide payroll support, including attendance validation, salary inputs, LOP, and statutory deductions.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

Implement HR policies and ensure consistent adherence across the organization.





Support performance management, confirmation, competency mapping, training, and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with departments and management on various employee-related matters.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 4–6 years in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.

Qualification: MBA – HR / Human Resources preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, and Industrial Relations.

Practical experience in payroll processing/support and HRMS/payroll systems.

Positive communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle employee-related issues professionally and confidentially.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
