We are looking for a Employer Branding & Graphic Design Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA CoE).
In this role, you will bring our employer brand to life through compelling visual, digital, and communication assets that showcase our culture,
values, and employee experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Communications, employees, and business leaders, you will play a key role in developing creative content and campaigns that strengthen our position as an employer of choice across global talent markets.
While this role involves partnering with stakeholders across the business, it is a hands-on employer branding and creative content role.
Key Accountabilities

- Create engaging content that supports employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
