About the Role

CyberX Info System is looking for experienced
ServiceNow Consultants
to design, implement, customize, and support ServiceNow solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in one of the following specialized domains:
- ITSM & SPM
- ITOM & HRSD

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, script includes, service catalogs, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.




- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and meet business requirements.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Bangalore & Delhi NCR
