Key Responsibilities
- Visit travel agents and tour operators across Delhi, NCR and nearby regions.
- Introduce Pacific Pearl Holidays and promote our Australia and New Zealand travel services.
- Explain our FIT, group, MICE, incentive, educational and special-interest travel products.
- Develop current relationships with travel agents and maintain regular contact with existing partners.
- Generate new travel enquiries and business opportunities from travel agents.
- Follow up with agents regarding quotations, proposals and potential bookings.
- Collect feedback from agents regarding our packages, rates, services and market requirements.
- Share relevant market feedback and competitor information with management.
- Maintain a complete and updated database of all travel agents contacted and visited.
- Record meeting details, follow-up dates, feedback, enquiries and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports covering agent visits, discussions, feedback and enquiries generated.
- Coordinate with the itinerary,
costing and operations teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries.
- Keep travel agents updated about new packages, promotions, destination information and company services.
- Attend travel events, networking meetings, roadshows and industry events when required.
- Represent the company professionally during every meeting and interaction.
Performance Evaluation
The candidate’s performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number and quality of travel-agent visits completed.
- Number of new travel agents contacted and added to the company database.
- Awareness created about Pacific Pearl Holidays and its services.
- Quality of relationships developed with travel agents.
- Regularity and quality of follow-ups.
- Feedback collected from agents and shared with management.
- Number and quality of new travel enquiries generated.
- Conversion of enquiries into confirmed business.
- Accuracy and consistency of daily and weekly sales reports.
