Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years

A creative, trend-aware and AI-first designer with strong visual taste and hands-on expertise in AI-powered design, visualisation and graphic-design tools. We are specifically looking for someone who actively uses current technology to create designs and marketing material faster, rather than relying primarily on conventional design software.

Role & Responsibilities

* AI & Digital Design: Be well-versed with current AI design tools and workflows and continuously explore new tools for design generation, illustration, visualisation and graphic design.

* Trend Research: Research global trends in carpets, home furnishings, interiors and children’s interiors; develop mood boards, colour stories and collection concepts.

* Product Design: Develop tufted/woven rugs,



children’s rugs, bath mats and home furnishing collections using AI and digital design tools.

* Customer Briefs: Develop designs and colourways based on buyer briefs, references and target markets.

* Technical Development & Sampling: Convert concepts into production-ready designs and execute sampling, with knowledge of yarns, colours, textures, tufting, weaving and carpet construction.

* Coordination: Work with the Senior Designer, merchandising, production and management teams for new developments and ongoing orders.

* Catalogues & Marketing: Create high-quality catalogues, brochures, lookbooks, mood boards, product sheets and buyer presentations using Canva AI and other modern graphic-design tools, including AI-generated room settings and product visualisations.

* Product Content: Photograph products and samples and create design content for buyers, exhibitions, website and social media.
