We're looking for someone organized and personable to manage guest RSVPs and communication for weddings — making sure no detail slips through the cracks and every guest feels taken care of.
What you'll do
- Track and manage RSVPs across guest lists (digital + phone/email follow-ups)
- Chase down non-responders with warm, friendly reminders
- Keep guest data accurate — meal choices, plus-ones, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs
- Communicate with couples/planners on real-time RSVP counts and deadlines
- Update seating charts and headcounts as responses come in
- Handle guest questions about logistics (venue, dress code, travel, etc.)
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication — warm but effective
- Highly organized, comfortable with spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented — small errors (wrong meal count, missed plus-one) matter
- Calm under pressure as deadlines approach
- Discreet and professional when handling guest info
