Handle current SIM activations, replacements, deactivations, CUG, and mobile number management.

Manage IVR queues, agent mapping, user creation, password resets, and calling application support.

Manage Bulk SMS operations, DLT templates, headers, and vendor follow-up for SMS delivery issues.

Coordinate broadband/fiber installations, shifting, closures, fiber troubleshooting, and internal fiber splicing.

Coordinate with Airtel, BSNL, Jio, VI, and other vendors for service requests, approvals, escalations, and site

visits.

Support mobile network coverage analysis, tower feasibility, and coverage improvement activities.
