Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team responsible for managing accounts payable processes, including procurement to payment (P2P) cycle.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments, claims payments, and other financial transactions.
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and optimize cash flow through effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to order management, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.

Job Requirements :
- 1-30 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust understanding of P2P cycle, including procurement, order management, invoicing, payment processing, and vendor payments.
- Experience with claim payment processing and shrinkage control measures is essential.
- Proven track record in team leading or supervising a team focused on accounts payable operations.
