Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at PMcodex. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to grow awareness, drive user acquisition, and increase engagement across PMcodex’s programs and community. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing content and social media calendars, optimizing email and lifecycle campaigns, and coordinating digital advertising and partnerships.
The person in this role will analyze performance metrics, run experiments, and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, community, and operations teams to align messaging, strengthen the brand, and ensure consistent experiences across all channels.
