Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2.5–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit or Controllership.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to financial reporting, Ind AS, statutory audit, internal financial controls and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support financial reporting and accounting activities.
- Drive month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting.
- Perform financial and variance analysis to identify key business and cost drivers.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and financial audits.
- Support Internal Financial Controls / IFC / IFCoFR assessment and compliance.
- Assist in consolidation of financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
- Review cash flow,



balance sheet and P&L; schedules and supporting workings.
- Support preparation and review of Schedule III, CARO and other statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthening of financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile
- CA qualified with 2.5–3 years of experience.
- Strong experience in Statutory Audit / Financial Reporting / Accounting.
- Positive understanding of Ind AS and financial statement preparation.
- Exposure to IFC/IFCoFR and internal controls.
- Experience with listed companies will be an advantage.
- Exposure to manufacturing / engineering / industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor or Tally would be an advantage.
