About the Role

We are seeking a creative, versatile, and highly collaborative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role works in real time with our US-based marketing operations, so the night shift lets you collaborate live with the team you're creating for — no waiting a day for feedback or approvals. In this dual role, you'll work hand in hand with our digital marketing team to bring campaigns to life, serving as the primary creative force behind our visual identity.

Responsibilities

*Collaboration & Strategy*
- Partner closely with the digital marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize,



and execute visual assets for upcoming campaigns and content calendars
- Translate marketing objectives and content strategies into engaging visual narratives that resonate with our (US) audience

*Graphic Design*
- Design eye-catching, contextually relevant blog featured images and inline article graphics that improve click-through rates and reader engagement
- Create visually stunning graphics for social media platforms (Instagram carousels, LinkedIn infographics, Facebook banners, and stories)
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all visual media to ensure absolute consistency

*Video Editing & Motion Graphics*
- Cut, assemble, and edit raw footage into polished, high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) aligned with current social media trends and marketing goals
