Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to manage the Front Office and Guest Service operations of our Cable Car / Ropeway facility at Athirappilly, Thrissur, Kerala.

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest handling, ticketing coordination, reception operations, queue management, complaint resolution and excellent customer service throughout the guest journey.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, a professional appearance and experience in hospitality, tourism, amusement parks, resorts or other high-footfall customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the complete Front Office and Guest Relations operations of the Cable Car facility.
- Ensure a warm, professional and efficient welcome and service to all guests.
- Manage guest reception,



information desk and customer assistance activities.
- Coordinate with the Ticketing/Billing, Operations, Security and Guest Relations teams for smooth passenger movement.
- Ensure efficient management of queues and guest flow during peak periods.
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding Cable Car services, operating schedules, boarding procedures, facilities and safety requirements.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback and service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve the overall visitor experience.
- Supervise Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations and other customer-facing employees.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure appropriate manpower deployment.
- Conduct daily team briefings and ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
- Ensure proper grooming, skilled appearance and customer-service standards among Front Office employees.
