Role Overview The HR Admin Head will oversee all human resource administrative and compliance functions of the Mumbai Biocluster which comprises three key divisions R D Services and Event Management The role involves strategic workforce planning institutional compliance performance management and administrative efficiency to support a high-performing mission-driven organization Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management Develop and implement HR policies recruitment plans and onboarding processes for all divisions Design and manage performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals Foster an inclusive and collaborative work culture across scientific technical and administrative teams Oversee payroll statutory compliance PF ESIC labor laws and HR documentation Administration Operations Manage day-to-day administrative operations procurement coordination and facility management Liaise with ICT Mumbai for infrastructure security and vendor management support Ensure smooth functioning of office operations travel logistics and event-related administrative support Organizational Development Build HR systems to support expansion of R D and service activities Support staff training and skill development initiatives in coordination with Biocluster leadership Maintain documentation for audits grants and partner compliance requirements Qualifications Experience Postgraduate degree in HR Management or related discipline Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR and Administration preferably in academic research or innovation-driven organizations Solid interpersonal organizational and leadership skills Desirable Attributes Experience in multi-divisional structures R D services and events Familiarity with Section 8 company operations statutory compliance and CSR or donor-funded projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Matunga Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
