JOB DESCRIPTION - SITE COORDINATOR1 Job Title Site Coordinator Job Purpose To coordinate site activities ensure execution of work as per project plan monitor resources maintain documentation and support smooth communication between site for timely and quality completion of construction projects Key ResponsibilitiesA Site Coordination Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of daily site activities Coordinate with engineers supervisors contractors and vendors Ensure work progress as per schedule Material Resource Management Track materials requirement and usage Coordinate with procurement department for timely delivery Maintain stock register and material receipt records Documentation Reporting Maintain daily work progress reports Site diary DPR Daily Progress Report manpower records Coordination emails and reports to head office Site Safety Compliance Ensure implementation of safety norms PPE IS Standards Maintain safety incident records and inspection checklist Assist in ensuring legal statutory compliances Quality Monitoring Support quality assurance by checking work inspection Coordinate for third-party testing if required Maintain quality records Manpower Management Track labor attendance Coordinate with contractors for skilled unskilled labor Assist in resolving site-level HR issues Required Skills CompetenciesTechnical SkillsSoft SkillsKnowledge of construction processesGood communicationUnderstanding of AutoCAD LayoutCoordination teamworkMS Excel report makingProblem solvingBasic quality safety normsTime management Qualification Experience MBA AND BBA 1-5 years experience in site coordination Work Conditions Full-time in office role Working hours based on project requirement Coordination between site office Performance Indicators On-time reporting project coordination Accuracy of documentation Compliance with safety and quality standards Smooth communication between teams Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month
