Job Purpose Prepare accurate and detailed 2D 3D technical drawings for MEP civil mechanical electrical structural or infrastructure projects Convert engineering architectural inputs into precise CAD drawings Coordinate with engineers architects and design teams to ensure drawings meet design intent and standards Support project execution by maintaining drawing accuracy documentation and revision control Conduct site visits if required to collect measurements and verify existing conditions Key Responsibilities - Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD 2D 3D Civil 3D as applicable Translate sketches specifications and site data into detailed technical drawings Prepare layouts for MEP HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing civil and structural systems Prepare HVAC layouts equipment placement and identification drawings Plan and document sensor placement in respective system plans Prepare cable routing drawings and equipment identification Document HVAC system requirements and updates Work closely with engineers design team to ensure drawings reflect correct design intent Review drawings for accuracy compliance and completeness Resolve drawing issues and incorporate feedback from engineers architects Track design changes and manage drawing revisions Conduct site visits if needed to take measurements and verify conditions Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site information Maintain drawing files revision logs and documentation records Assist in BOQ BOM preparation and other supporting documentation Support design optimization and guide junior draftsmen when required Required Qualifications Skills Diploma or Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Architectural Drafting Equivalent technical qualification in a related field is acceptable Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D mandatory 3D preferred Knowledge of MEP systems and HVAC equipment layouts Ability to read interpret and prepare technical drawings blueprints Understanding of construction manufacturing methods materials and relevant codes standards Minimum 1 year drafting experience MEP HVAC preferred Strong communication and coordination skills High attention to detail with a problem-solving approach Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Willingness to visit project sites for measurements or verification Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s 1 Experience in AUTO CAD 2 General knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP 3 HVC-Equipment Identification Sensor Placement Cable Routing 4 Experience min 1 Yrs Location Belgaum Karnataka Preferred Work Location In person
