Core responsibilities Machine setup Configure VMC machines for specific jobs by loading programs selecting and setting appropriate tools and fixtures and adjusting offsets Blueprint interpretation Read and understand engineering drawings to know the exact dimensions tolerances and specifications for each part Quality control Conduct first-piece inspections and perform routine quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and Vernier calipers to ensure they meet specifications Tool management Monitor tool condition replace worn or damaged tools and ensure all tools are correctly calibrated Troubleshooting Identify and fix problems that arise during production implement corrective actions and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team Machine maintenance Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on VMCs to keep them in optimal working condition Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
