Join our dynamic team as a Patient Care Specialist Physician Assistant where you will have the opportunity to learn and to support patients in achieving optimal health and wellness through a holistic approach This role combines the Centre s principles to provide comprehensive care and guidance to our patients Responsibilities Collaborate with the medical team to assess patients health goals medical history and current health status Conduct thorough evaluations of patients overall health including assessments of dental medical conditions and potential systemic connections Provide insights and recommendations regarding the impact of treating the root cause of disease rather than symptoms on overall health within the context of functional medicine principles Assist in the development of personalised treatment plans that address the root causes of health issues and promote holistic well-being Educate patients on the importance of oral health maintenance and its relationship to systemic health incorporating functional medicine concepts into patient education materials and sessions Work closely with other healthcare professionals including physicians nutritionists and allied health practitioners to coordinate integrated care for patients Stay updated on the latest research and developments in functional medicine and integrate new findings into clinical practice Participate in team meetings case reviews and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in functional medicine Maintain accurate and detailed patient records documenting assessments treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their journey towards improved health outcomes offering encouragement motivation and resources as needed Qualifications Degree Diploma from an accredited institution Additional certification or training preferred Demonstrated experience in providing patient care preferably in a clinical setting Strong understanding of systemic health Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably to patients and colleagues Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to promoting overall well-being Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Detail-oriented and organised with a focus on maintaining thorough and accurate patient records Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Join our team and play a vital role in helping patients achieve their health goals through medical approaches that prioritise well-being To apply please submit your resume We look forward to welcoming you to our clinic and empowering patients to thrive in health and vitality Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate DLF QE Gurugram Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Language English Required Hindi Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
