Job Summary The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes The role ensures a productive compliant and engaging workplace by managing recruitment performance management employee relations payroll training and policy implementation This position acts as a strategic business partner to management while supporting a positive organizational culture Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization s objectives Manage the full recruitment cycle job posting selection onboarding and induction Design and oversee employee performance review systems Ensure compliance with labor laws employee welfare and company policies Develop and manage HR policies procedures and employee handbooks Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution Plan and coordinate training sessions employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs Maintain accurate HR metrics and reports attendance attrition payroll etc Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting Liaise with external partners such as recruiters consultants and statutory compliance agencies Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2-10 years of relevant HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of employment laws compensation benefits and compliance frameworks Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Proficiency in HRMS or ERP platforms SAP Zoho or similar and Microsoft Office Suite Desired Attributes Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability High emotional intelligence and team management capabilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong ethical standards and attention to detail Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 296 08 - 51 625 68 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
