We are a rapid-growing men s wear brand specializing in premium garments with a focus on quality design and timely delivery We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead our production team and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire production process for men s wear garments from fabric sourcing to final dispatch Plan organize and control production to ensure on-time delivery of quality products Manage production units sampling cutting stitching finishing and packing departments Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of production Coordinate with merchandising design and procurement teams for smooth workflow Optimize manpower and resources to achieve production targets efficiently Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measures Handle production planning line balancing and daily output tracking Supervise factory operations maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies Manage vendor and subcontractor performance Lead and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals Requirements Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering Fashion Technology or a related field 8-15 years of experience in garment production preferably in men s wear shirts trousers casuals or formal wear Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control Hands-on experience in managing production teams and multiple units Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver consistent results Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 06 12 2025 Expected Start Date 07 12 2025
