About Organization Terra Economics Analytics Lab TEAL is an end-to-end decision support platform for land and property for banks housing finance companies real estate infrastructure developers retail investors and transacting parties Our analytical tools and services utilize collated organized and interpreted data from land records property registrations tax filings court mandates land-use regulations master plans surveys infrastructure plans municipal by-laws building codes and planning requirements With our tools and data we aim to provide reliable information about property ownership registration status disputes tax compliance history and all other information that one will need to make a safe and secure property investment We are a team of top engineers researchers and lawyers committed to working on solving multiple problems associated with the state of land and property records About the job As a Legal Executive you will be primarily working on preparation of Title Due Diligence Reports and providing Legal Opinion that would empower our clients and help them simplify their property due diligence journey Responsibilities Verifying and Drafting Title Due Diligence Reports and providing Legal Opinion for properties in Delhi Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand region Effective management of cases allotted and timely reporting of escalations Coordinating with external counsels and clients Conducting research on land laws of different states and coordination with vendors for securing documents and reports Drafting and vetting of contracts and other documents Handling other related tasks assigned time to time We re looking for someone who Can work with confidential documents Has a good understanding of real estate laws Having sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage Pays attention to detail Is able to work independently with minimal supervision Has good communication skills Has prior experience in real estate law and knowledge of basic property documentation is an added advantage Is proficient in Hindi language Ability to read in hindi language is must Has worked in Delhi Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand Job Location Remote Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question s This position requires you to read and write in hindi language are you proficient in hindi Have you worked upon properties based out of Delhi Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand region
