Project Role IT Service Management Representative Project Role Description Manage delivery for IT production systems and services Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services Provide operational support ensuring production systems and devices are online and available Must have skills Infrastructure Automation Positive to have skills Python Programming Language Ansible on Microsoft Azure Minimum 7 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an IT Service Management Representative you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services A typical day involves overseeing the infrastructure service management lifecycle ensuring that client satisfaction is prioritized while effectively managing risks associated with services You will provide operational support to guarantee that production systems and devices remain online and available contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of IT services Roles Responsibilities - Deliver and execute a plan to meet Operational Resilience by way of improving our Disaster Recovery automated solutions based on IBS CIF business functions Settlement Collateral etc - Build a future perfect vision of what this looks like - Align with DR planning leads and activities to gain an insight of current runbooks - Align with Infra team to understand current capabilities and create a gap analysis or requirements - Align with the GIS Observability lead to ensure any improvements can be realised in our monitoring dashboard - Work with Operational Resilience and infrastructure management to gain buy-in and visibility of the project - Run a small or virtual team of automation experts - Align with Application teams Development and Production Services to ensure their systems are integrated into the overall solution - Responsible to identifying further talent and skills required within the team - Build and managing a team of up to 10 resources over the lifecycle of the project Professional Technical Skills - Background in Disaster Recover automation techniques - Automation workflow tool experience e g Ansible Python - ServiceNow integration experience - Strong Experience with Infrastructure tools and API s - Appreciation of SLI SLOs for measuring and reporting on service levels - Awareness of notification frameworks for escalation automation - Knowledge of infrastructure and operating system fundamentals - CI CD knowledge a bonus Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 7 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
