We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modelling Artist with 1-3 years of experience in architectural visualization The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like 3ds Max Maya SketchUp Unreal Engine and other relevant software to create high-quality architectural models for renders walkthroughs and real-time presentations Key Responsibilities Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs from CAD drawings sketches and references Work closely with the design team to translate architectural concepts into realistic 3D models Optimize models for rendering real-time performance and smooth workflow while maintaining high detail Collaborate with rendering Unreal Engine and animation teams to ensure models meet required standards Prepare models for real-time visualization in Unreal Engine including proper UVs and optimized geometry Ensure timely delivery of models for client reviews and project milestones Keep up with industry trends and incorporate current techniques into the workflow Required Skills Qualifications 1-3 years of professional experience in 3D modeling for architecture Proficiency in 3ds Max Maya SketchUp and Unreal Engine Strong understanding of architectural forms detailing and spatial composition Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for proportion and scale Basic knowledge of texturing UV mapping and lighting setup Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
