Floor Production Supervisor - Manufacturing Company Position Title Floor Supervisor Department Manufacturing Production Key Responsibilities 1 Production Management Plan organize and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets Allocate manpower equipment and materials efficiently across shifts Ensure the production schedule is executed on time and adjust priorities as necessary Monitor machine performance printing die-cutting lamination extrusion pouching forming etc depending on packaging type 2 Quality Control Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications Enforce quality procedures including in-process checks sampling and documentation Work closely with the QA QC team to address and correct deviations or non-conformities Implement root-cause analysis and corrective preventive actions CAPA 3 Team Leadership Supervise coach and evaluate production operators technicians and line leaders Promote teamwork discipline and a continuous improvement mindset Handle shift scheduling overtime planning and workforce balancing Conduct performance reviews and support employee development Qualifications Skills Education Any Experience 0-7 years of production experience in the packaging industry flexible corrugated rigid plastics paper-based or similar Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
