Greetings From Sainmarks Industries India Pvt Ltd We are looking Purchase Warehouse Incharge Factory Unit Note Salary based upon experience and as per company norms Earned leave available Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end procurement and warehouse management of labels tags and packaging accessories for a high-volume production environment Ensures timely material availability correct stock levels accurate documentation and smooth warehouse operations supporting production planning Key Responsibilities Procurement Source vendors for labels tags packaging items raw materials Compare quotations negotiate pricing finalize purchase orders Ensure on-time delivery aligned with production schedules Develop new suppliers for rapid turnaround and cost savings Maintain approved vendor list and records Warehouse Inventory Management Oversee inward outward movement of all labeling tagging materials Maintain accurate stock records Implement FIFO and shelf-life control for materials Plan and maintain minimum reorder stock levels Conduct monthly annual physical stock audits Handle GRN delivery challans invoices related documentation Ensure secure storage and avoid damages or mix-ups Production Coordination Issue materials based on daily production plan job work orders Coordinate with Merchandising PPC Production QC teams Track consumption vs production output for variance reporting Quality Compliance Verify material quality along with QC before acceptance Ensure barcode size colour branding accuracy in inventory Follow 5S safety and housekeeping standards inside warehouse Logistics Dispatch Coordinate with transporters for inbound outbound shipments Documentation for dispatch packing tracking of shipments Required Skills Procurement Negotiation Inventory Control Stock Planning ERP Tally SAP Materials Module Excellent Coordination Documentation Knowledge of 5S FIFO Lean warehouse practices Vendor development cost control Qualification Experience Diploma Degree in Supply Chain Any Discipline 3-10 years in labeling tagging garment accessories or textile industry All the Best Arun HR Manager Sainmarks Industries India Pvt Ltd K Chettipalayam Tiruppur Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
