Job Title Visual Designer Department Hire A Designer HAD Location Ahmedabad Contact priyam rana groupbayport com OR (phone hidden) Flexibility to work in rotational shift 3 Months Day Shift 3 Months Night Shift Job Overview You ve worked on famous brands designing their logos identity all the way through to the specifications in the brand guidelines You have more than 3 years of experience working in a well-recognized branding studio You re creative strategic and passionate about what you do - the typeface matters and so does the pixel size You would be responsible for creating designs that are visually appealing effective based on the unique requirements of the customers The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines Key tasks responsibilities Develop creative designs based on the brief shared by the customer design concepts and ideas Help define the basic elements of the design eg brand identity colour typography imagery Work on multiple projects simultaneously sub-projects creative quality control timely delivery Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into visually appealing and effective designs Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines Stay up-to date with industry trends to ensure designs are current innovative Work manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines delivering high-quality work Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge Requirements Bachelor s degree in graphic design Visual Communication or related field or equivalent experience Proven experience 1 year as a Visual Designer Graphic Designer or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Excellent communication skills - ability to present ideas explain design decisions and collaborate with diverse clients Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment Flexibility to work in rotational shift 3 Months Day Shift 3 Months Night Shift Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Expected Start Date 20 12 2025
