HR - People Development Admin Location Karaikal Pondicherry Experience 3 Years Salary 25000 Immediate joiners to 15 days notice Time 9am to 6 30pm We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR Executive Admin in the jewellery sector The role involves assisting with recruitment onboarding employee engagement and HR administration People Development Training Talent Acquisition Onboarding HR Operations Administration Vendor Management Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening coordinating interviews and onboarding Identify skill gaps across retail staff production teams and back-office employees Maintain and update employee records databases and HRMS systems Facilitate soft-skills training customer service communication grooming POS handling Support succession planning and career progression mapping Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication Assist with attendance tracking leave management and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws Handle HR documentation background verification and joining formalities Track uniform issuance locker allocation ID cards and store-level administrative needs Coordinate KRAs KPIs for sales teams and production teams Assist in quarterly annual performance reviews and appraisal processes Requirements Bachelor s degree preferably in HR Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in an HR role Basic knowledge of HR functions employment laws and best practices Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software HRMS Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Preferably with experience or interest in the retail or jeweler industry Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
