Job Advertisement Teachers Required Prahaar Career Academy is seeking dedicated and experienced teachers for preparing students for Police Army Competitive Exams We aim to provide high quality coaching in written exams physical training and related subjects Positions Available We are looking to hire teachers for the following subjects General Knowledge Current Affairs English Comprehension Grammar Logical Reasoning Quantitative Aptitude Hindi Regional Language if required General Science Physical Fitness Physical Training Others as needed e g Geography History Key Responsibilities Teach subject matter clearly and effectively aligned with competitive exam syllabi Plan lessons prepare study materials assignments and mock tests Track student progress and provide feedback Conduct doubt-clearing sessions Stay updated on current affairs exam pattern changes and relevant news Coordinating with the academy s staff for overall student performance For physical training instructors train students in physical endurance strength agility as required by exam fitness tests Qualifications Skills Required Bachelor s degree in a relevant subject higher degree preferred Previous teaching coaching experience especially for competitive exams of at least 1-2 years preferably more Strong command of language English Marathi Hindi language Good communication skills Ability to motivate students and maintain discipline Familiarity with exam patterns for Police Army exams For physical instructors certification in physical training sports or related prior experience training students is a plus Preferred Attributes Passionate student-focused Punctual organized responsible Able to use teaching aids smart boards etc and modern teaching methods Willingness to work extra hours mock tests weekend batches if needed Positive interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 526 79 - 30 615 80 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
