Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and patient Special Education Teacher with strong expertise in phonics-based instruction to support the diverse learning needs of children with learning difficulties developmental delays or disabilities The ideal candidate will design and implement personalized learning plans that integrate multi-sensory phonics strategies to help children improve their reading writing and communication skills Key Responsibilities Assess the individual learning needs strengths and challenges of students with special needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans IEPs focused on literacy and foundational skills Use phonics-based teaching methods e g Jolly Phonics Orton-Gillingham or similar to teach reading and spelling effectively Adapt instructional materials to meet each student s needs Employ a variety of instructional techniques including visual auditory and kinesthetic approaches Track and report student progress to parents and other team members Collaborate with therapists counselors and other educators to support a holistic learning experience Maintain a safe structured and inclusive learning environment Participate in team meetings workshops and ongoing professional development Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
