About the Role We are looking for a versatile and creative Motion Graphics Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content across video and static formats This role requires strong skills in animation branding and layout design as well as the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual stories for digital print and social platforms Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics Design and animate 2D 3D motion graphics including explainer videos social ads logo animations transitions lower thirds and other video assets Create storyboards style frames and animation concepts based on project needs Collaborate with creative marketing and video teams to produce cohesive motion content Perform video editing compositing and visual effects when required Sync animations with sound effects music and voiceover Graphic Design Design static creatives including social media posts banners posters brochures infographics and presentations Develop and maintain brand visual identity ensuring consistency across all materials Create print-ready artwork layouts and packaging designs when needed Design marketing collateral such as ads campaign visuals and website graphics Prepare files for both digital and print production General Responsibilities Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Work closely with multiple teams to understand creative requirements Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives Stay updated with the latest design trends animation techniques and digital media tools Requirements Technical Skills Expert in Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Illustrator and Photoshop Strong design fundamentals typography color theory layout composition and branding Understanding of video formats compression rendering settings and exporting for various platforms Ability to prepare print-ready and web-optimized files Experience 2-5 years of experience in motion graphics graphic design or a similar creative role A strong portfolio showcasing both motion design and static design work Soft Skills Strong creativity and attention to detail Ability to take direction and work collaboratively Valuable communication organization and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple deadlines Nice-to-Have Illustration or character animation ability Experience in UI animation or interactive design Knowledge of branding systems and campaign development Experience with digital marketing assets and performance-based creative Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
