Senior Reservation Executive Location InfoPark Kochi Kerala Education Graduation Mandatory Hospitality Travel background preferred Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in the International Travel Industry Salary 25 000 - 30 000 per month Based on previous exp and package Requirement Excellent Communication Skill is mandatory Work Timing Rotational Night Shift Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Reservation Executive to manage travel systems and ensure smooth booking operations Ideal candidates should have prior experience with GDS platforms PMS systems and excellent communication skills Responsibilities Handle domestic and international reservation requests for hotels flights and packages Manage group bookings corporate reservations and VIP clients efficiently Ensure accurate booking confirmations amendments and cancellations Respond to customer queries through calls emails and chat with professionalism Coordinate with travel partners vendors and suppliers to secure best deals Upsell additional services such as insurance transport and upgrades Maintain updated knowledge of travel products policies and reservation systems Amadeus Galileo Sabre or other GDS Mentor and guide junior reservation executives when required Requirements Graduation Bachelor s Degree Fluency in spoken and written English Experience with Travel Systems Opera Online B2B portals Familiarity with GDS Galileo Amadeus Nuflight and PMS Wish net Prologic Solid IT skills Windows management networking printer setup troubleshooting Proficiency in MS Office CRM knowledge is a plus
