Responsibilities 1 Recruitment and Staffing Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from job requisition to onboarding Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities 2 Talent Acquisition Stay updated Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs Utilize various recruitment channels including social media job boards and professional networks n industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Onboarding and Orientation Facilitate the onboarding process for recent hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization Coordinate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies culture and expectations 3 HR Policies and Compliance Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters 4 Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and employees Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies 5 Employee Engagement Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Certification in Human Resources Management optional but preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Application Question s This in a 3 months internship Are you OK with that Our work timing is from 9 30am to 6 30pm Are you OK with that Work Location In person
