Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and planning process for major construction projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and project managers to develop comprehensive architectural solutions that meet project objectives Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the selection of building materials construction techniques and sustainable design principles Oversee the development and presentation of architectural drawings renderings and models to convey design concepts to stakeholders and clients Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments to identify architectural constraints opportunities and potential risks Review and approve construction documents specifications and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent Manage and mentor a team of junior architects and designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Engage in continuous research and knowledge sharing to stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in architectural design and construction Participate in client meetings presenting architectural proposals addressing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards while proactively resolving any architectural-related issues that may arise during construction Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution Certification required Skilled certification or licensure as an Architect Additional certifications in sustainable design LEED or related fields will be advantageous
