Description We at Brilyant are hiring for MDM Suport Lead We are looking for a dynamic Jamf support Administrator with hands-on experience in Jamf deployments of enterprise IT solutions This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground supporting customers building trust and demonstrating real-world value of technologies in enterprise Preferred Location Bangalore candidates only Requirement Hands-on experience with On-premises Jamf Pro clustered environments File distribution servers and content replication Networking and firewall configuration for enterprise-grade systems Integration with on-prem AD and cloud identity services Security and compliance frameworks for Apple devices Responsibilities Jamf Pro Administration Install configure and maintain on-prem Jamf Pro servers in clustered and high-availability environments Manage file distribution points network file shares and cloud distribution points Perform upgrades patches and performance tuning of Jamf environments Integration Infrastructure Integrate Jamf Pro with on-prem Active Directory AD identity providers and enterprise security platforms Configure network ports firewall rules and certificates required for Jamf services Support cloud service integrations such as Apple Business Manager Microsoft Intune and SSO solutions Security Compliance Implement and enforce security policies compliance requirements and audit controls for Apple devices Deploy software updates OS patches and configuration profiles across macOS iOS iPadOS and tvOS devices Collaborate with InfoSec teams to meet regulatory and enterprise compliance standards Operational Support Automation Troubleshoot complex issues across network server and endpoint layers Automate workflows using Jamf API scripting Bash Python or PowerShell and smart groups Monitor system health generate reports and optimize performance Benefits Be part of a rapid-growing team focused on building innovative products Work with smart motivated individuals who value collaboration and independence High level of autonomy to shape and grow your product Opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our product portfolio
