We are seeking a responsible and energetic Kiosk Operations Executive to manage one of LILO s Kiosks The candidate will oversee kiosk operations coordinate deliveries ensure on-time order fulfillment and maintain product quality and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities in order of priority Kiosk Operations Management Manage opening and closing of the kiosk on time every day Ensure all daily kiosk processes stock checking setup and closing reports are properly completed Order Delivery Coordination Handle orders placed by customers through the LILO app or directly at the kiosk Assign delivery orders efficiently to delivery executives based on delivery slots and areas Monitor and track deliveries to ensure all orders reach customers on time Step in to personally handle deliveries in case of staff shortage or urgent requirements Product Quality Inventory Management Ensure all products are sold before expiry and maintain proper storage conditions Regularly check stock freshness labeling and vacuum packing standards Customer Service Retention Interact with customers courteously to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction Maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat orders and loyalty Sales Follow-up Activities Make sales calls or follow-up calls when needed to boost customer engagement Promote LILO s offers referral programs and delivery benefits to customers Reporting Coordination Maintain accurate records of orders sales and deliveries Coordinate with Operations Sales and Customer Support teams for smooth day-to-day activities Skills Qualifications Strong coordination communication and multitasking skills Basic computer and mobile app proficiency Must be punctual organized and proactive Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Perks Advantages Competitive salary with weekly payments and performance incentives Career growth opportunity into Operations or Sales roles after proven performance Be part of a young growing and dynamic e-commerce brand in Kerala Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
