We are seeking a reliable punctual and professional B2B Delivery Executive to manage the efficient and timely delivery and collection of goods exclusively between our business and our commercial clients This role is crucial for maintaining our strong relationships with our B2B customers and ensuring their operations run smoothly Key Responsibilities Timely Deliveries Execute daily delivery and collection schedules for goods documents or products to various businesses offices warehouses retail stores etc within the assigned routes Customer Interaction Professionally represent the company while interacting with client personnel e g store managers receiving clerks administrative staff during deliveries Documentation Accurately complete and secure necessary documentation including delivery notes invoices proof of delivery PODs and manifest sign-offs Vehicle Operation Maintenance Operate a activa and 3 wheeler safely and responsibly adhering to all traffic laws Perform routine checks fuel oil tires and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained Load Management Safely load unload and secure items to prevent damage during transit ensuring the correct items are picked up and delivered Communication Maintain open and clear communication with the dispatch team regarding route status delays delivery issues or vehicle problems Problem Solving Address minor delivery-related issues promptly or escalate major issues to management as necessary Compliance Adhere to all company policies safety standards and B2B client site rules protocols Required Qualifications Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver courier or in a related logistical role is preferred especially in a B2B setting License Valid and clean Specify type e g Motorcycle Driving license Knowledge Excellent knowledge of local routes and area geography Reliability Proven track record of punctuality dependability and a strong sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications Experience with handheld scanning devices or mobile delivery applications Familiarity with inventory handling and basic warehousing procedures High School Diploma or equivalent Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 9 681 86 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
